I am a person centred counsellor and psychotherapist, having qualified at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute with an MSc. I am accredited with the UKCP and a member of the BACP. I had 28 years continuous experience as a psychiatric nurse within the NHS before retiring in 2019.
